Ordered the night before for a 1pm pick up today and is already been paid for as well so there is no hassle. Went to the... restaurant and Staff told me they haven?t made it yet, and it will be another 20mins wait. Gave an excuse about the night staffnot telling them about it, and on the other hand I get multiple emails, and texts about my order and pick up time. I was very disappointed that they felt that they weren?t accountable at all when Skip the dish didn?t arrive for my delivery and... I ended up picking it up myself. The food was very unpleasant because it was cold and sitting there for at least 1hr and 1/2.This is out of their control, but even a free pop for my troubles would of been kind. I was here visiting and me and my friends decided to come and tried this restaurant and food was ok but Customer service is... absolutely ridiculous. We came and waitress took us to the table and give us menu ask for our order gave our order. After ordershe never came back to us and ask for anything there was only us in the restaurant and there was 2 other tables group of 3people and the next table is group or 2 and there was 4 of us. Not a smile or not asked us about the meal even we were leavingnothing. Customer service should not be like that. I understand if she was not confident of her english but atleast smile. I paid $140 just for this small amount of food. I thought this is enough for 4 people based on the menu descriptions, turned out... almost like 1 person meal. Very disappointed. I gave them a call multiple times but they never answered the phone and it wentstraight to the voice mail. They never gave us a call back of course. Great service and food. The food came quickly, the tempura was hot and crunchy. The rolls were fresh and very tasty. I... especially liked the Golden Dragon Roll and the seasonal Mango Roll.
