Unfortunately, brewed coffee (especially Blonde roast), is consistently unavailable to order via mobile order when I go to order... at 7am. I spoke to the staff there, and they told me that the morning crew forget to turn the option on in their system.Ordering in store, can frequently be a 15min or longer wait. I?ve been a Starbucks customer for years, and I?ve had to switchcoffee shops because of this. Read more

Absolutely worst service in the market. Stood at counter for 5 mins, no one took the order or acknowledged me at all;they were... chit chatting something more important than a customer i guess, went to washroom,came out the girl apologized; apology acceptedand placed the order for small matcha latte with 2 honey, took them more than 8 mins to make a small drink with no queue or nocustomers other than me.I finally left. I wonder what was about me; a working man with high viz waist on has made them supercasual where they took nearly 13 minutes and 35 seconds( i quit after that) to prepare a small matcha latte with 2 honey at 2:25pm the downest time for restaurants and cafes!? Shout out to Starbucks Eagle Ridge Team! I had a big order today for all my co-workers with 15drinks and a few food items and... everything was done so fast. When I asked for a drink that was sold out at the store, the barista made it anyways and she wassuper friendly and helpful! We all enjoyed our drinks this morning as we started a busy day at work! I was very unimpressed with the service I received today. A large, older lady was working and was extremely rude for someone... who's supposed to be in customer service. I ordered a cappuccino, which if not made properly, can taste more like warmed milkthan espresso. When I went to taste test my drink, this lady snapped at me for momentarily removing my mask. I was just like,okay.... when I asked her to add another shot to balance out the flavour of the improperly made cappuccino, she curtly told me Iwould be charged. Normally, I wouldn't care, it's like a dollar and change, but the way she spoke to me was unacceptable. I wasin a hurry, so I just took my drink and walked out. However, I really feel like the manager or owner or corporate (maybe she isthe owner?) should re-educate the associates at this store because that was brutal customer service. Read more

The bigger lady at this store is just miserable. You can feel the vibe she sets as soon as you walk in. I can also tell that all... of the staff are scared of her. I watched her yell at some random lady for not wearing a mask. Like I get it hunny but you don?thave to be so mean about it. This place must be all she has going for her, what a shame.
