Long wait times. Prefer people that come in over mobile orders ?????????????????????????????????
My hubby and I went to this location this evening . he ordered a 6 inch brown turkey sub i ordered a 12 inch tuna on italian... white. First of all hubbys bread was wrong but he took it anyway. I asked for no avacado no hot peppers no sauce from verybeginning. She picked up the hot peppers than i said no hot peppers again and used same gloves to continue adding ingredients. Isaid no im not taking the sandwich i dont want hot peppers. So she remade it with fresh gloves but she added jalapenos i saidwhat are those. She said jalapenos i said NO HOT PEPPERS make it again She said she didnt know jalapenos were hot. I was almostready to walk out as it had been at least 15 mins since we ordered but she remade the third sandwich and finally i got no hotpeppers. I told her my sandwich should be free she insisted on calling the manager and speaking in philipino at first and thenenglish then philipino again stating that i didnt want to pay. I did end up getting the sandwich for free but people meed toknow english when they work in Canada and what the ingredients are they are providing . the sandwich was at the end deliciousand fresh. Jalapenos are hot peppers. Thank you hope the rest of your evening is better. I will be crystal clear next time eventhough i believed that everyone is aware jalapenos are hot peppers. Read more

Visited the Subway near Timberlea landing. Used the Drive thru. Mistake (again) This is the fourth time they've messed up the... order. I called from home after I unwrapped the sandwich. They had everything wrong except the meat. I tried to call, no answerand their voicemail was full. Not a happy camper. Read more

It's fine. Only comment is this is the only subway I've ever been at that doesn't consistently keep the extra layer of paper... with the sandwich. Not sure if they're supposed to, but it makes it harder to eat without. Read more

I was visiting my fiance in fort mac went there for first time this kid Owen charged me extra $ 2 for just using small cup for... water lol, seriously. If you need extra money then let me know ill give you more than a tip. Really disappointing. There is nosuch thing like this in Etown (Edmonton). Read more
