Pretty much what you'd expect at Tim Hortons. The service was quick and the iced cap was made to Tim Hortons regular standard.... It's conveniently located in the middle of rage ridge so if you live in the area it's close enough to walk to. There's also apublic washroom, what else can you ask for? Read more
It is literally annoying that every time I order chai tea latte from Tim they always says that their machine is not working like... seriously everyday. It?s been two week and if anyone makes it then it taste like 99% of water in it. I thing their manager needgive them a training that how to make it. Worst experience ever. Read more
This place is an absolute joke. They seem unbelievably busy serving half the customers the other locations serve but wait! They... don?t even have drive through imagine if they add that . They always without fail mess up orders too. Their mobile pickup optionis most of the time unavailable. They shut off their skip the dishes so I had to order downtown and pay a $5 delivery charge.All this could?ve easily been avoided if they didn?t hire incompetent and unproductive employees. An average Tims but since the US took over nothing spectacular about much offered at their locations imo and their donuts since... they started shipping them frozen vers fresh made in the store daily the old fashioned way blah! You all don't know what youmissed and how Tim's became what it is today but long gone now. Read more
Check your sandwiches and wraps before you leave. Charged me for bacon but i did not receive it. Its my own fault for not... checking. But once you open the wraps the package is destroyed lol service was slow for how many employees they have. Managementcould come up with a better system. Perhaps one person taking orders while another fills them? Instead of one person taking anorder then filling it. Besides that its whats to be expected at Tim Hortons. Read more
I have never been to a Tim Hortons that doesn't want to serve you what's on the menu. I've been to this location a couple of... times and every time I order a new item they don't have it. Today, it said on their menu to make any sandwich into a meal and itsaid soup was a side option - plain as day it says on their board - but they argued with me that soup was not a side and didn'teven check to see where I was indicating the options. Needless to say, not the best place to get food but at least you'll getyour coffee. Read more
