Two stars because the service has always been fast, but at what cost? Maybe my expectations have strayed too far from the... current model Tim Hortons follows. This cheap and fast over quality and taste. Or, perhaps this location gave up. Maybe theowner doesn?t care because the Tim Hortons in this town can?t fail. TL:DR The quality doesn?t exist. Had a Cappuccino here. The line inside was quick and the Cappuccino was pretty good! Lots of foam. Can't speak to the quality of... the food but I've noticed a drop in quality since the parent company of Tim Hortons was bought out by a Brazilian company called3G capital in December of 2014. I am pleased to say the service is always quick, even when there is a long line. This location has always appeared to be very... well staffed when I have visited and the beverages have been consistently excellent. I have seen some pretty long lines in thendrive thru, and that goes to speak for how popular this location is and it's loyal customers. Read more
We go to this Tim Horton every day and buy at least 6-10 coffees. And just about every day they get the order wrong , then when... you call over to let them know they get very rude about it and try to say it?s the customers fault . Example I went there todayand only had four coffee/ teas today and I went inside and ordered watched the screen and made sure it was right and the onethat should have been tea was a coffee. Yesterday they made a dark roast coffee with one milk and they put sugar in it I didn?torder sugar . We do tell them all the time but they tell us to pay more attention maybe they pay a little more also . Read more
