Truckers and anyone wanting to walk in. Dont expect the doors to even be opwn before 9am. If you do get in, expect 15-25... minute wait if you are first in line and there is a line up in the drive through. Walk in customers have zero priority. Watchyour orders. I orderthe same thing everytime where ever I stop. 5 identical orders there all different prices, sometimes $3+more than it should be for a 1 person breakfast. Read more
This is a blue-collar town every time I come to this Tim Hortons you are never allowed to walk in. I was there today at 7... o?clock in the morning and they would b not allow me to walk in because they are understaffed. Doesn?t matter you know how manypeople come to this Timmy?s with a tractor trailer not like we can go through the drive-through need to fix this situation wishI could give this zero stars because this is very poor customer service at this location. Overheard management yelling at teenaged workers while waiting on my order. Staff are lovely, as are most supervisors, but some... of the of the adults have to take a step back and realize they?re on the same maturity level as the kids working for them. Quitesad Store is run by kids 14-17 in the afternoon from what I?ve seen, and props to them for how they handle things being asyoung as they are. God bless them Read more
Pretty much what you'd expect at Tim Hortons. The service was quick and the iced cap was made to Tim Hortons regular standard.... It's conveniently located on the way out of town so I can pick up a coffee for the drive down to Edmonton. There's also a publicwashroom, what else can you ask for? Read more
Just a group of very young staff trying their best. The amount of times I?ve watched fully grown adults yell at workers 15-17... years of age is honestly despicable. Workers are always happy to chat while you wait for your things and are always verygrateful for my patience. Customer service is a very unforgiving job, keep up the good work :)) Read more
Appears to be poorly managed, understaffed and ill equipped to deal with the volume of customers trying to be served here. Staff... lack the capacity to provide service quickly. Nice new building yet both lanes of drive through are rarely open. Avoid thislocation and get your coffee / breakfast somewhere else, or he prepared to add 20-30 mins to your commute. Read more
Wow it?s super busy line up?s weren?t breaking away, online orders can be place as well staff working around the clock serving... customers with out breaking a sweat. Great location for drive through as well and adjacent to Gas station. Read more
