Great customer service and really fast! Only took about a min for my order and the fries were hot and fresh, great job guys!
Absolute garbage place. Got here at 945 with 3 cars in front of us at the drive through, they were so sure that we didn't get to... the order box by 10 and just said they were closed. The slowest Wendy's I've ever seen. Save your time and go get a good burgerfrom a&w down the street. Read more
Quality exceeds that of locations such as McDonald's or Burger King and provides delicious salad options that you might willing... choose over a burger. That being said the Fort McMurray location tends to be unorganized and could improve their customerservice. Anytime I request to donate to the charity they are currently advertising staff become confused and flustered. Oftenwhen I order an item they inform me that their location is not participating in the offer of that item or that they lack certainingredients. Definitely room for improvement but the taste and quality make up for their weak areas. Read more
FAST SERVICE, dang these folks are speedy. But I can only attest from the front counter experience as my service truck won't fit... in the drive-thru. Orders are accurate, fries are hot, albeit not as crispy as I like them. But hey, can't win every battleright? Read more
