So the Male worker did a great job of customer service and making our sandwiches but the female worker, who was more worried... about her closing procedures than her customers was extremely rude to my wife and even overcharged us on our meal. We couldn'tprove it because she did not give us our receipt. Also when my wife asked for extra mayo she sloppily squirted half the bottleon her sandwhich. Get rid of that Sandbitch Artist please. Experience and customer service was stellar until I had noticed that the employee put 4 olives on my sub instead of 5. I was... disgruntled at how he was trying to rip me off and proceeded to try and contact his manager. Instead of handling it like anadult, he began to call me a sweaty doorknob and started throwing chunks of steak at me and my little chihuahua. Now I have amaxed out credit card and Professor Dreamsicle is horking the hog chowder all over my apartment due to him trying to clean upthe mess that the employee had made. Read more
I went in at 11:45 today. They put the wrong cheese and toasted it thinking it was another lady's sandwich(I said it was fine),... then they asked me what I would like on it and before I could finish the woman had passed it on to be wrapped(she only putlettuce and olives). I then tried asking the lady who was wrapping it if she could finish putting the things I wanted on it butshe ignored me. My sandwich was then almost sold to the same lady they toasted it for but luckily she noticed. When I went topay I asked again about finishing my sandwich and the man asked what it was that I wanted, i told him(tomatoes, pickles, and thedressing it comes with) and he brought me just the dressing. Sandwiches are sub par. You can't understand the workers and when you tell them they messed something up, they make it seem like... it was your fault. There's usually a considerable wait at lunch time. Read more
