What?s happening at this location? Always something: sweet tea gallon instead of requested unsweetened tea; wrong orders, no... sauces, and today after a half an hour wait we got our Family Box and they had pretty much emptied a full seasoning bottle inour fries: absolutely uneatable. Read more
Was ok the last time. Made the mistake of going again tonight and the food was bad. Guess when there isn't anyone else eating... there and chicfila was packed it should have been a hint. Love some Bojangles but avoid this one. Read more
It was the last 10 minutes before they closed this evening is when we went. Where other places had shutdown they happened to... still be opened. The young man that was the cashier gave us great service with a smile. I appreciated the service and woulddefinitely recommend and go back. Plenty of places have a hard time finding people that make you feel good about spending yourmoney in there establishment but, this young guy even at the very end made my evening. Oh and the food was still tasty even atthe end lol. Read more
I visited this location yesterday asked for large fresh fries. They were really nice about making them fresh. The fries were... delicious. I want to mention this was a staff of black women who were kind, timely, and provided the service requested. It isimportant to highlight the good we do. Thank you. Read more
I can only comment on this location because it?s the only one I have visited. Dining in I see a very well managed operation.... Employees are friendly and engaged. Service is prompt. Food has me going back. If you?re in the area and seek dining roomaccess, you can consistently count on this location, compared to unnamed local competitors. Read more
Im a loyal Bojangles customer , lately service has been very poor. Sometimes there?s a great staff but other times it?s... terrible, the manager a Lady interrupted the associate taking my order , she sounded rude and said the place was not Popeyesjust because I asked for a side of rice and a side of beans. No ketchup nor honey mustard was offered or in the box. As I said,sometimes service is great but I assume the evening shift staff and Lady manager are not liking their job too much making themnot give a great customer experience!!! Read more
