Picked up dinner for my co worker and I. She ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and it was fine. I ordered the Santa Fe burger and... a side Caesar salad with extra Caesar. I received NO dressing for my salad and there was a piece of paper in my burger. Not tomention my burger was extremely burnt! This was a terrible experience. Cameron was a gem. My elderly mother uses a walker and he saw us in the parking lot and when I looked up after helping my mom,... the door was being held open by Cameron. It just didn't stop there he came to our table and offered to put walker by hisstation until we were finished with lunch. Cameron was very respectful, had great patience, and a wonderful smile that madeus feel welcome. On our exit, Cameron made sure he opened the doors for my mom with her walker and wished us a great day. Mymom turned and said what a polite young man. Read more
The server was lovely. Very attentive. We waited 45 minutes for our Margarita Grilled chicken. When we got it it was not hot.... Wasn?t even warm. Room temperature. We had to send it back for them to nuke it, I suppose. Very dissatisfied. Read more
A dysfunctional experience, make no mistake. We were going to be sat down at a dirty table until the host cleaned the tables in... front of us. The server was not attentive. Not a good experience at all. Read more
Substandard service and declining food quality. Running out of an ingredient is not a crime, not informing the customer and... delivering a dish without explanation is. They will no longer be seeing our faces. Read more
Waited over half an hour on a pickup order for these ?appetizers?, inside the restaurant. Restaurant had maybe 6 tables filled.... I gave two stars because the staff at least seemed friendly on the surface. Still, to receive an order like this feels to be aslap in the face, and to have given them a good laugh in the kitchen. Tried to give the food to the dog. He took two licks andwalked away like ?Go ahead and trash that.? One wants to help give business to restaurants, however it is probably for the bestthat this one closes down. Read more
Ok so we was in area and decided to stop in, not to crowded for a Sunday afternoon around 2pm. Thought it be good service and... good food. Well no. Waiter was very preoccupied with himself. Busy running around doing nothing. We decided to be seated atbar! The bartender had a couple and two tables he was attending at time, when we sat down. Took a very long time to get foodthen had to ask for silverware, napkins and refills on water. I think the manager served us our food seen him visiting othertracks asking if everything was OK. When he ask us I was in mid sentence asking for napkins when he walked away. I Ordered afull rack of ribs and was charged $20.69!! I Only received a half rack and they were overcooked and tuff. The broccoli was notfully cooked.(see pic) no I didn't complain!! Took home to dogs. It took so long to get food I surely didn't want to stay anylonger. My husband ordered the dinner chicken fajita and was not impressed. Awful, the rice was over salted and if the colorbrown had a taste the rice would've been it. Read more
Visited with my wife and kids this evening. Food and service were great. Manager popped by our table a couple of times and was... very polite and seemed to hustle along with his staff. This isn?t the closest location to my house but it?s definitely mypreferred. Very well run. Good job Indian Land location!! We?ll be back. ???? Read more
