I stopped by there on Sunday coming home from a trip. I thought that $15 for a large turkey sub was a little ridiculous and I... voiced that opinion not loudly just thought it was ridiculous I mean most people don't make that an hour. Definitely not them..The young lady told me to go to Subway so that's what I did..I went and got 3 subs For the same price.. Read more

Do not use the jersey mikes app that has a new update. It defaults to mikes way then allows you to add other items like pickles.... But all the store sees is you ordered pickles and mikes way ingredients disappear, and now I?m $80 in for 3 stupid subs with nooffer from the store to make it right. Who orders a sub with only pickles? The app is not functional. Read more

Absolutely love the food! My wife wants to eat here every week. The rewards program really pays off and nothing tastes better... than a free sandwich! The rosemary Parmesan bread is our favorite. Read more

Ordered a small sandwich 10 minutes in advance. I get there and they hadn?t even started yet. Literally one customer in the... store. The owner is talking to this customer, and there?s two employees just putting things away and cleaning up. If you havecustomers waiting for a sandwich that hasn?t even started, the priority should not be putting bags away. I would assume it wasthe owner based on his demeanor. He just casually made my sandwich as I waited and continue talking to his employees and was inno rush at all. The whole point of ordering ahead is to maximize efficiency. This experience took longer than if I would havejust walked it my he store and ordered myself. Read more

I?ve been a frequent customer a while now. I always get the cheesesteak sandwich and it?s cooked pretty good 3 out of 4 times so... odds are good enough. On my last visit around New Years stopped to grab a quick lunch , one of the young guys that workedthought he was funny but it was very rude. I wasn?t in the mood to educate him on how to behave properly to a customer. I?llstay away for a while. Read more

This was our first time as this establishment. The staff was very friendly, but the food was something else. Tried the... gluten-free tuna sandwich, but was very disappointed. The bread came in pre-wrapped cellophane and I should have known itwasn't going to taste fresh. Sure enough the bread was super dry. Not only that, but the tuna tasted watered down without manychunks of tuna. My son ordered a club sandwich. They forgot to add any bacon and the owner dashed vinegar on the sandwichwithout asking and my son didn't want it. I asked my son if he wanted to return to the store to have them remake the sandwich, but there was a line and he was hungry to he decided not to. The sandwiches were very expensive. $18 for the gluten freesandwich (was charged for a 15 inch giant plus a $3 up charge for the gluten-free bread, but it was only 12 inches) and $15 forthe club sandwich. Needless to say we will never go back to Jersey Mikes. My son much prefers Firehouse Subs and the pricesare more reasonable. Read more
