I?ll honestly never order from here again. I?ve ordered delivery twice and both times they?ve had nobody to deliver the food. So... much for ?freaky fast?. Oh and they charged my card both times. We walked over from a nearby hotel, for take out dinner on Sat night. The sandwiches were made quickly enough that we didn't... have time to think about it. They greeted us when we entered and were friendly throughout. The only improvement would havebeen including or offering napkins. We just weren't thinking about it at the time. This place is a joke. Ordered online at 9:40 a.m. for 1:30 delivery, they did not get to me until 3:15 p.m. Called the store... twice and was told by the manager that drive thru and inside customers are their priority so in that case don't waste your timeordering for delivery cause your business is not important to them. My address for delivery is not even 5 minutes from therestaurant..smh.. this is poor service!! I would give them ZERO stars!!! Read more
I was the worst customer today and the girl taking my order had the most amazing patience. I stopped by and had my 11month old... and my 3 yr old. While trying to order my 3 year old was trying to get his own chips and then some, talk over me but not answerwhat he wanted to eat and my 11 month old is crying. She took it in stride and allowed me to ask her questions, waitedpatiently as I asked my 3 year old what he wanted and got us out of there so fast once I figured out what I was ordering. Read more
Ordered 2 sandwiches through door dash. Received them almost 2 hours later. Also you are forced to call the store for updates... versus tracking from the app. Food is always great but pickup from this location versus delivery if you want the food timely. Read more
Great spot for a quick meal. Service is super fast. Sandwiches are ok. I'm vegan so there weren't many choices for me to pick... from. Ordered the veggie (#6) on French bread with no cheese or mayonnaise. Not much flavor. The guacamole made it tolerable. Myfamily, who aren't vegan, says the sandwiches are really good. Read more
