Order accepted and paid online thru their app. However when I reached there saw a paper posted on the door saying " shop closed... on Tuesday's due to staff ". Had to spend an hr on a call with customer care to get the refund. They didn't give me the couponsI used and hence I lost almost $ 9. Read more

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews here. Even during COVID, this shop has been consistently excellent when I've... been there. A few times they've had off hours or I've had to wait a bit, but the food has always been excellent and the peopleeven better. Keep up the good work, all. This store used to be awesome! Two times now had mobile orders and shown up after the pick-up time and they hadn?t even started... my order yet and pulled attitude with me saying I?d get a message when my order was ready. Stuck around this time for 30additional minutes and when I went into pick them up, the cashier couldn?t find them. He informed me the manager had gone outback to smoke and took a few employees with him, and left him and one other employee to handle a store full of people. When Ifinally arrived home, we had cold burnt pizzas! Not going back any time soon! Read more
Second night in a row at 6:30 pm and they are closed. Maybe they just need to permanently close if they are not going to update... their hours online to let us know when they actually will be open. Just a suggestion. Read more
