May be the worst MCD?s on the planet. Wait 15 minutes inside and get cold burger w/ unmelted cheese. They also made the great... decision to remove all napkins, condiments, drinks from inside the dining area. Pathetic?.just pathetic. Read more
We sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes for two McDoubles and a fry. We were told to pull around along with multiple other cars... and no one came to give us our simple order. I finally went inside and no one acknowledged me. There were fruit flies and bugsflying around everywhere. Disgusting. The people who worked there were very rude once they finally acknowledged me. They werebickering right in front of me about who was going to run the drive thru orders outside to the cars waiting, which isridiculous. This was a horrible experience at this McDonald?s. Read more
The manager, Jesse, is pitiful; goatee, glasses, shirt untucked, you may have seen him. People stood at the counter waiting to... order and he and the other staff ignored everyone and forced them to use the kiosk. Any minor inconvenience he brushed off anddidn?t make any effort to resolve. My wife and daughter went to the counter to ask for help with the table games and he and oneof the folks in the kitchen looked at them and just turned around ignoring them entirely. We asked if there was a way we couldreset the table games because it was frozen and unusable? he responded that he?d try to figure it out later and didn?tacknowledge that our daughter wanted to play it while we were here. Love this location! It's close to my work around 7 mins tops! I mostly go for lunch but sometimes breakfast. I've never had any... problems! Food is always good, fresh & correct! Employees are friendly most of the time. I assume all the negative reviews arejust bad timing or employees having an off day etc. Who knows, things happen! I get frappe's alot & have yet to be told themachine isn't working. Give it another shot! Read more
You would think been a brand new Mc Donald?s, the food and service would be better. I had to ask them to replace my kids fries... because they were old and dried up. The manager didn?t even apologize or anything. True a nasty place to eat. As you can seefrom the photo old lettuce going brown. Read more
Customer service need?s major improvement. It may be as little as a pancake order wrong but get in the solution and help... customers. I was told to drive around back through the line because they got my order wrong. that?s just rude. Have a littlecompassion for people?s time and the fact they chose to come to your restaurant. The employees don?t have a good solution forthese incidents so they can?t help the customer and in return you lost a customer that has visited on numerous occasions andwon?t come back now and you all don?t care that you are loosing good customers.
