We went through the drive through and had a great experience with Robin- she was very friendly and personable- which isn't easy... to do over intercom. She also made a point to correct herself before giving us our total, making a change to a breakfastsandwich because I had requested no sasuage, and that brought our overall total down. It was a small but incredibly appreciatedgesture of kindness and honestly made our morning better. I have stopped at this location before and have seen both Robin andanother older lady (we didn't think to get her name unfortunately),who hands us the food a few times, and both are always verynice, but this made us really want to make sure she was recognized by name. We know fast food is a thankless job so all the morereason we are grateful she went out of her way for us today. I'm sure they happen, but I haven't had any bad experiences at thislocation. Terrible location. Was in drive-thru line tonight and no one was taking orders. Vehicles were stuck and couldn't get out. 45... minutes I was stuck in that line!! NOT an exaggeration. When I finally got to the window, the girl was on her personal phone!When asked what's going on, she said the kitchen is short staffed so she's not taking orders. Then why don't they tell thepeople coming into the drive thru and give them a chance to leave? And why doesn't management send her to the back in betweentaking orders to help cook and prep food? Awesome drive through!!! Food and service always on point. Always putting a smile on my face when I pull up to the window in the... am. I?ve actually had a couple coworkers say the same about the blonde woman at the payment window. Drastic difference from thehorrible McDonald?s in front of Walmart up the road. Read more

Macdonald?s in Indian land SC! I don?t think anybody can re-design Macdonald?s better than Macdonald?s! With very little... increase in price this Macdonald?s is giving it?s customer the best value for dining in! Please park your car and come enjoy thegreat work they put into their dining space! Even the bathroom hallway is detailed. They are very short staff so please bepatient, I saw the manager had to pack 6 orders at the same time being yelled at by customer. Read more

85% of the time that I order from this location, there?s an issue. What is the point of having the option to customize your... burger, if nobody ever actually customizes the burger?? I asked for extra mustard, pickles, and onions. Got nothing different.Frustrating! Read more

My fries are always tasting old, and I have to always come inside and get better ones. The lady got my order wrong and rung In... a big Mac sandwich large drink but not big Mac meal large I asked for no lettuce no pickle or onion extra sauce she rung inextra everything , then I get to the window to get my food I asked for my fry they tell me what she rung up and they all hadhead sets on so I asked the manager did u not here how I ordered and what she rung up the response was I don't really belistening, huh? This was my second time visiting this location. I won't be back. My party arrived at 11:45am. We finally got to eat our food at... 12:26 p.m. When we arrived, no one was taking orders at the front counter. By the time someone noticed, there were 10 people inline waiting to order and another half dozen waiting for their food. There were lots of people working, but they were clearlyonly focused on drive-thru orders. About 30 minutes after waiting for our food, I went to the counter to see what was going onand they had lost our order, along with the orders of several other people. They did acknowledge the error and finally made thefood, but the closest thing to an apology from the manager was a simple, "Here's your food. Have a nice day." Read more

The menu states that any size sweet tea is a dollar, and I was charged $1.39. I said something to the manager, and hus replay... was he would check the outside menu, but his attitude was basically he didn't care what the menu price was because he said thisis a franchise store and prices are different.
