I drove through yesterday for a quick lunch and the Mediterranean Sandwich was delicious. I usually go to Fort Mill but was... closer and the samdwich was very fresh and a nice size. I was not a fan of this location a year ago but things have improved.Service was friendly, clearly communicated and patient. When I drove up the young girl even smiled and made eye contact. Thisreview is based on one visit .See photo. Read more

Coming from out of town, I had to stop in at my favorite spot to get something to eat. I was starving. The service was... AWESOME!!! The food as ALWAYS was great. But I had one young lady that stuck out. She treated my family and myself so nice. Thestaff would be the reason I would recommend this location, but she would be the reason I come back. Her customer service wasabove and beyond. I know I probably should not put her name out there, but I hope her manager/supervisor sees this andrecognizes all their wonderful employees they have. The one that treated us with the great service, her name was Jasmin. Thanks! Read more

I am a regular customer at this store. Today I ordered Frontega Chicken as it was back on menu after a while. I picked the order... from curbside delivery. I reached home and opened up the package to find this? I definitely wasn?t expecting this from Panera.I had high expectations in terms of quality standards from it until today. I called up the store only to hear that my paymentwill be reverted. I don?t know what the process is, but a quick check on the items is all it takes before they are sent out tocustomers. Read more

Ordered this new sandwich on the menu "The Spicy Take". I thought "well this is a bit new and different. Sure!" I got home to... open this box which contained some unfortunate piece of chicken completely absent of any moistness. The remainder of thesandwich had some dab of some white sauce which didn't even make a dent in the arid experience of this meal. I suppose it wasthe Aioli but it was so minute if it had any taste it wouldn't have mattered. Speaking of lack of moisture, there was nothingspicy about this sandwich at all as it seemed to lack any of sauce advertised. And not a single fried pickle. Almosteverything that could have been done wrong to a sandwich happened here which is sad considering Panera is a bread and sandwichshop. I do give it an extra star for the bread and a pretty piece of lettuce despite how long this poor thing must have satunder a warm light. This by far is the most tasteless sandwich I've ever eaten. Like ever. Truly the first bad experienceI've had at Panera. I know the cost of things have gone up - over $12 for this and chips. But that shouldn't come at anexchange of quality. It wasn't just a mix-up order because I can't imagine anyone that would order a sandwich in thatcondition. It was just flat out horribly made and left me with no other take away than to assume it was made by someone wholikely cares less about whoever is at the window. Read more

In the past some of the employees haven't been in the best moods lol. But recently the staff has gotten A LOT better as did the... wait time. Yesterday morning we had a curbside order and the gentlemen who gave our food was friendly and professional, plus wedidn't have to wait long at all. Super happy and hoping it stays this way :) Read more

Very nice atmosphere. Comfortable and very clean. Food was decent but nothing to write home about. First time I have been to... this restaurant. I guess I was expecting more flavor. My wife's sandwich was huge. The staff was very congenital and helpful. Wewill go again and try something else. Read more

Can you say ripoff? 1 whole sandwich with chips and a smoothie came to $18.35. No wonder they're not super busy. Yikes. Yikes.... Yikes. What I got is not worth $18.35. Is there caviar on the sandwich? No. Sheesh. 2 people could have eaten at Chili's foralmost that price. $5.69 for this tiny smoothie. RIDICULOUS PANERA BREAD. Lastly, didn't get a straw for my smoothie and thesandwich didn't even have mayo or any sauce on it. Read more

I don't know why I keep giving this Panera a chance! I guess I'm hoping it's under new management, or that it will miraculously... stop disappointing me. The sandwiches are often overdressed with disgusting amounts of mustard or mayo. I ordered two frozencoffee drinks, and after waiting forever on the side, get home and both my daughter and I have bits paper in the drinks!! Aftercalling the store, whoever was managing took down my information and promised to send some kind of coupon, which surprise, nevercame! This time I waited for over 15 minutes for two over-priced chicken sandwiches, then had to go inside only to find themsitting on the counter with no ticket on them, so no one knew who they belonged to!!! What?!! No one thought to ask? Then one ofthe employee had the nerve to say, "Oh, I think those were just cooked"! Right, nice try. Well, then why were they barely warm? And to top things off, there was a long hair in my daughter's sandwich, so she couldn't eat it!! We are done with this Panera!Don't waste your time, and just go to the one in Waverly or Ballantyne---I've never had a bad experience at either one of thosePanera franchises. Read more
