On 9/24/22 I went to this location. When I arrived two young girls we?re running the store. They told me that me their machine... was down and that they didn?t know the measurements for any of the orders. They proceeded to try and make my smoothie which wasan epic fail. They then proceeded to laugh about it. When I ask where the manger was they said that he had a family emergency.In my opinion the store needed to be closed today. The staff did not have the equipment they needed to make orders. Themlaughing which was also inconsiderate. They were clearly not mature enough to handle the situation and needed a supervisor tointervene. Read more

Shocked that my husband came home with a cup that?s not full but missing at least 4 ounces of smoothie. Which is crazy. He said... he was so tired he didn?t want to argue with the lady who made it. If i was there, i would have made her make more and fill mycup to the rim. Very unacceptable. Read more
Doing some delivery work to help pay for holidays and to compensate new job training pay. Went last night (Saturday) at 820 when... is says online and door they close at 9pm. Usually this is the best store. Buddy looked at me then turned his back instead ifsaying something like any kind of reason he was closing early.
