Waited in the drive through for 45 mins. While at the speaker (we spent 15 mins there) the employee / manager overheard us... asking to ourselves what was taking so long, she came over the speaker saying they're understaffed with 4 people... in whatworld is 4 people understaffed? I'm a manager in fast food as well and believe me when I say I wish I had 4 people at workeveryday. When we got to the window she shoved our bags out not saying a single word, we told her she was being rude and we'venever received such terrible service in a drive through ever. This has probably been the worst Wendy?s I?ve ever had the misfortune of trying to eat that. I say trying because I never even... got my food. After barely being able to give my order as I could barely hear the employee over the other employees goofing offin the background I sat for another 30 minutes as no one even bothered deal with the customer at the window. After being stuckbetween two cars for another 10 minutes I finally managed to pull off which is where I wrote this review. This is by far theworst Wendy?s I?ve experienced and I do not recommend. This place is a joke. CLOSE IT DOWN. I have never had good service here and I have lived here 8 years. I keep trying hoping... things will change,,, nope. Today was the last time. Manager told a customer that she was not going to deal with him becausehe had a coupon. The cashier was huffing and rolling her eyes with 2 other customers ahead of me. My children came here this evening. They asked for ranch because they put it on their burgers. The manager who was a little rude... gave them one each. As I'm on the phone with my daughter I hear they asked for more sauce and she refused. My daughter tried toeven buy more sauce and she still refused. Really? Read more
These fries looked and tasted terrible because they are not changing their fryer oil. Nasty.
Always love going to this location, their staff are so snice and even when the line wraps around the building they're fast to... get orders out and very accurate with the orders! My favorite Wendy's!!!! I tried the strawberry fields salad and it is verygood! Read more
I have a large family, there are usually 9-12 people at any given time, and I hate it when people are rude to me and my family... over putting a large order in. I see now why this place is empty after church. Won't be back here. Read more
