It was an extremely busy Sunday afternoon where church gets out ,& the breakfast bar gets hit. There were not many servers but... the ones were busting butt. ( I was a service trainer for years there as well my mom) Anyways I forgot her name. She had blondehair the other good server had brown hair & was older than our server. We are diabetics n came here often for breakfast usually consisting of french toast, pancakes. Disappointed to be told they will... no longer be offering sugar free syrup. I find this odd with the number of seniors who are often diabetic as well that frequentFrisch's for breakfast. The omelette i chose to replace my frech toast was very disappointing, lacked flavor. I ordered homefries and was given hash browns which i don't care for but didn't want to wait so i ate them and my opinion of hash browns stillstands. I had a flavorless breakfast basically. I eat breakfast at this location almost daily. Food is good and the servers are exceptional. I usually have Heather as my... server and she does an outstanding job. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of her responsibilities. Iwould also like to recognize Paige, Courtney, and Robin. They all conduct their work in an exceptional manner. Thought this one would be better vs the one up the road It?s not. Two burnt Pattie?s on my super big boy and no tarter sauce... on it. Burnt fries. Friches has really gone down. Just disgusting. I tried to eat it as it was my lunch break. Could only eathalf???? Read more
Service was slow but with only two servers, zero bussers, they both did the best they could. Our server was fantastic: friendly... and accurate. Was disappointed at the salad bar; hadn't been restocked in awhile and the tomatoes were in quarters, the eggs inhalves, nearly out of soups and ranch dressing. Three diners and a $38 bill was painful with what we purchased but we reallyenjoyed our food and service! Read more
Stopped here specifically because my dad wanted their bean soup & hot fudge cake. Store was understaffed in the dining room. Saw... multiple orders sitting longer than usual in the window for the server to deliver to her tables while waiting tonplace ourorder. The hot fudge cake was not plated as normal. Not a huge deal, but presentation makes the product & this just felt sloppy.Also, has the bean soup recipe changed? I don't recall it being this dark in color in all the years he has been getting the beansoup. He took one spoonful & said it tasted like relish. I tasted it and all I could taste was dill pickles. Not sure whatwas.going on with that. We asked our server, who apologized & said she didn't know if it had been changed & that it comes to thestore premade. I asked her who we needed to talk to about that, said she could check with the manager, and went to help herother tables. About 10 minutes or more went by, during which time other employees came out to the pickup counter/registers &loudly talked about schedules, working 2nd 20 hiur shift of the weekend, needing to pick up hours, etc.. Manager finally came toour table, apologized for the soup, said not sure if the recipe changed or they were just sent a bad batch, and removed it fromour check. Serving cups of grease thru the drive thru and when you go inside to the register no is at the register to wait on you for... 10mins!! Also serving crackers in a cup now that are stale, never again!!! They knew that was garbage when they put it in thebag Read more
Waited over 20 minutes without moving in the drive thru before going inside to order carry out. Ordered a Southern Chicken... Sandwich and got a small chicken tender on a bun with a sprinkle lettuce! Read more
