I ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza bacon bread with honey mustard and I spoke with Kayla the manager there was supposed... to be a credit put in my name with another manager called Yankee unfortunately Yankee did not put any type of credit in therefor me like he said he also did not void the order off like he said he was going to do. So I called tonight to order and eventhough he hadn't put it in the computer the manager Kayla said that she believed me and credited me the order the food is verygood and I appreciate that she honored what Yankee neglected to put in the computer. I've had horrible customer service from Papa John's. This location does not disappoint. I have ordered from here at least ten... times and never had a problem with my order. The only time I was inconvenienced by them is when I asked for delivery on a Fridaynight. When we called to see where our food was we were given an accurate estimate of when it would arrive. Pick up your ownfood and don't order on a weekend night and you too will be impressed. Read more
