I ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza bacon bread with honey mustard and I spoke with Kayla the manager there was supposed... to be a credit put in my name with another manager called Yankee unfortunately Yankee did not put any type of credit in therefor me like he said he also did not void the order off like he said he was going to do. So I called tonight to order and eventhough he hadn't put it in the computer the manager Kayla said that she believed me and credited me the order the food is verygood and I appreciate that she honored what Yankee neglected to put in the computer. Horrible. I called for an order n waited over an hour. They did not call me. When I gave order, they asked 4 my name, and... repeated the wrong address n phone number. I had to ask 4 a refund. I've had horrible customer service from Papa John's. This location does not disappoint. I have ordered from here at least ten... times and never had a problem with my order. The only time I was inconvenienced by them is when I asked for delivery on a Fridaynight. When we called to see where our food was we were given an accurate estimate of when it would arrive. Pick up your ownfood and don't order on a weekend night and you too will be impressed. Read more
Placed order online for garlic Parm wings and basic medium half pepperoni pizza, got home with our food and had no pepperoni,... hardly any sauce and the wings were rubbery and had no flavor at all. Papa John's has always been my favorite pizza but the pastfew times my food being horrible I think I might stick with larosas as my new favorite. Read more
This place is horrible. I called numerous different times of the day. They kept putting me on hold and never picking back up.... Each time after waiting on the phone for 20 minutes or more I hung up. I was not able to get a pizza from this place at all onSunday. I can understand everywhere is under staffed right now. Idk if that was the problem or what. From one professional toanother keep your customers informed. They are less likely to be so irate.. Read more
Friendly staff and pizza is always cooked great but and this is a big BUT? why don?t you ever give me extra sauce like I ask?!... Idk what it takes to get extra sauce on my pizza but yea it would easily be a 5 if you could just please give me some extrasauce. Love you bye Read more
Garbage pizza. Wayyyy too much crust. Order a large and get a medium on a large crust. Won't even eat it when it's free.
