Waited 35 min for a drink when the app said it was 6 min. Ridiculous.
Went in this morning on way to work for venti blonde roast and venti iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. I had to wait a... few minutes to be acknowledged by either of the two baristas. In their defense they were making coffees, but clearly saw mestanding there and did not acknowledge my presence. After placing my order another customer came to order. However, her drinkwas prepared before mine and no it was not pre ordered as I heard the barista ask ?the usual?? I work in a service industry andeven if I cannot assist the customer at that moment, I acknowledge their presence. I understand people have off days and willtry again as this was my first time there and I do believe this was a fluke. Read more

Incredibly rude and pompous service. One girl in particular, who always seems to be working when I shop, has talked down to me... a couple of times when I go to order. Messed up my drink and gave me something totally opposite of what I ordered and gave methe biggest eye roll when I brought it back to be fixed. I get that you?re busy, but if I?m friendly and understanding towardsyou I expect the same back. Read more
I am not usually a Starbucks regular being an old school straight, black coffee fan. Nevertheless, Once in awhile I do like to... slow my world down and enjoy something different. I made a quick stop at this location to treat myself to something a littledifferent. I found the place busy yet the employees were both very busy and equally friendly. I come here every week when I do my grocery shopping. I stop and get Starbucks and Jasmine who I have not met yet, made my... order, now the 3 kids got their order that were in front of me the last behind me got hers first and I am ok with this. Whatbothers me and why I complained at customer service is this. Just because you got my order wrong and I didn't care I said Iwould take it you dump it out and make my order under a minute. Overpriced coffee and drinks. I am not a frequent customer, typically when I'm with other people. I do like chocolate chip... frappuccino with Almond milk. I do like that they have milk alternatives, which is better for me. A lot of the small coffeeshops dont offer that. Read more
