Paid extra for chicken, chicken swap was more than original taco price. Bite into it hurt my teeth and gumbs. Returned and they... said they put potatoes in by mistake, the potatoes were hard as rocks, how do you mske thate mistake? This Taco Bell usually rocks. This time it was a bit off. It had nothing to do with the service workers though, so don't take me... wrong. They were great. What sort of upset me was the fact that this location finally started selling the Mexican Pizza's again.(It's been sold out for the longest time after it made it's return.) Well, after I ordered my Mexican Pizza and a Taco Pack forthe fam, I drove straight home so I could enjoy my meal. Needless to say, when I opened my box, I come to find out that theflaky tortilla that is used as the crust wasn't the same kind!!! I basically got served a flat hard taco with sauce. If I wanteda Taco, I would have ordered one for myself. Idk if they just ran out of the regular ingredients, or if they tried to improviseby replacing the crust with a hard shell tostada...lol..but...no...it doesn't work! Stopped to pick up taco party pack at Ft Mohave location. Drive-thru was packed, likely due to recent power outage. Placed my... order, adding a few individual items for my crew. Got to the window and added a cherry freeze: the window gal was friendly andcourteous in spite of the over 100° heat and non-stop cars, and recognized the wait that prompted my request. She provided thedrink at no charge while waiting for the rest of my order. I've docked one star, though, to reflect a slight off-taste in thetacos (stale taco shell, meat tasting a little odd as well, in spite of bustling business selling out some items like chicken orthe new chicken chalupas). We're all exhausted. Long day, and my Husband suggeststed Taco Bell! I'm all for it! I always get two Combination Burritos, with... Extra meat: I like beans and beef so I'll pay extra for it. This time I feel like I've been punked! It seriously looks likethey've smeared some fillings on the tortillas with a pastry brush. They were like this the last time too, but not the timebefore so maybe it's a particular cook? We're too tired to come back! I'm eating an egg salad sandwich right now, but I'msharing this picture with the message that your quality is WAY inconsistent. Two out of three is not good. If I could give a below score I would...I ordered a taco pack THERE WAS ONLY LETTUCE AND A SPRINKLE OF CHEESE ON IT. THE ONLY... MEAT LOOK AS IF THEY TOOK A FINGER AND SMUDGED IT ON THE SHELL. A SMUDGE IS BEING NICE. I FELT LIKE IT WAS BECAUSE IM BLACK .NEVER COME BACK TO ARIZONA. Read more
