Clean and courteous. They were a bit surprised when I thanked them and complimented them on how well kept the place was.
I ordered online three boxes of 50 assorted munchkins for a school party. I showed up a half hour later and they have not filled... my order. When I receive the munchkins, there were only three flavors out of the 150 donut holes, chocolate, glazed andCornbread. They said it was the only flavors they have. I have tried mobile order on two other occasions after that, all enteredas ASAP and picked up 30 minutes later, my order was not completed either time and it took almost 5 minutes to flag down staffto show them my order was not filled. Your best bet is drive-thru, if there are no cars in front of you, otherwise you canexpect 15 to 20 minutes for a cup of coffee and a donut. Read more
I live in town so I have given this establishment many opportunities. More than I should have. Yesterday was my last visit to... this Dunkin. There was literally not a single customer there mid afternoon and I went through the drive through. I asked for aniced coffee coconut shot and cold foam. What I received was a cold brew with pumpkin cold foam. It?s almost like they do thisdeliberately. The people are always rude at the monitor. Sometimes they don?t even say anything. It?s the most inconsistent cupof coffee I have ever tasted. You can order the same thing every day for a week and it somehow taste differently. The drive thru is God awful slow... I almost missed my train if I didn't just leave, and what's makes it worse was there was... only 2 cars in front of me and it took over 15 minutes so I just left without my coffee.. slowest Dunkin in America Read more
The store is clean and has great air conditioning. Staff seemed a bit aloof with orders and didn?t have a sense of urgency with... the orders. Food was ok. Read more
It is hit or miss with this location. Sometimes they make my order right, sometimes they burn the food. Sometimes the line is... long and moves soooo slow, other times it isn't anyone there and it doesn't take long. Only reason I keep going, is because itis a convenient location en route to work. I just had a fantastic experience with the staff at Dunkin? after ordering through Doordash. I scheduled a large order several... days in advance and wanted to ensure everything would go smoothly. Maddy went above and beyond to help me feel secure, includinghaving a call to discuss our needs and sharing emails leading up to the order. On the day of the delivery, the driver could notfind our address in the app and of course, I had no cell service to receive his calls. Maddy worked with him to help locate theaddress and get in touch with me so we were able to receive the food. She saved the day. On top of that, everything wasdelicious and the donuts were so fresh!
