I don't usually leave a bad review if I have a bad experience, but this one is truly deserved as the company as a whole and... their quality of food has gone down so bad the last 5 years. It doesn't matter which one you go to in Cape Coral, I've triedthem all and the food was awful at each location. I really don't even blame the staff or management, I think this problem needsto be fixed from the very top. It's like the franchise has given up on caring about individual locations making sure the foodand service is up to their standards. It's really sad that this company has gone down so bad since I was a kid. I hope they turnthings around for the brand. ???? Read more
Restaurant was very clean & staff was very helpful & friendly...especially our server. Food was tasty & hot when it came out. ... McDonald's can't compare to the food. Fries were crispy, chicken & hamburger's were sized as shown. We'll be back when we arein the area! Read more

Went here for lunch on a Monday at 12:30. Ordered an entire meal along with Chicken Fries. You would think at lunch rush hour... that the food would be hot and fresh...The chicken fries were luke warm, soggy, not crispy and absolutely terrible. Read more
I just had dinner in the lobby at this Burger King and overall I'm happy with my experience. It's been a while since I've been... to a Burger King with such fresh food. Everything was so fresh and hot and crispy. The lobby was extremely clean the only reasonwhy I can't give you a five stars because the conversations behind the counter were slightly inappropriate and didn't maintain aprofessional atmosphere.
