Cashier was sitting at the end of the counter with her face in her cell phone while a line of four people were waiting about 3-5... minutes before she got up to do her job. This validates the recent 1-star ratings and the poor management at this location. Read more

Incorrect order, and so rude about it. Not to mention the food. Burger King in the US has been consistently poor quality for... about 20 years. If you want to know what BK should taste like, go to literally ANY location in Canada. It's still a greatrestaurant there. Definitely not here. Read more
You have to order at the Kiosk or via phone after scanning barcode at kiosk. There?s no sign that says that so I was alerting... people in the line. They did not take an order from someone for like 45 minutes. They then closed early. Ordered with cheeseand wrapper had cheese whopper but none came or course. If they had a capable manager you could turn this business around in 15minutes. Read more
Very slow service. It almost made us miss a flight. Just ordered some chicken fingers and more than 10 minutes later, after many... other orders were served, my order was not complete. So I asked about it. Finally I had to abandon after I paid. An airport fastfood place should be FAST and not take 10 minute for something simple. Read more
DON?T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Three employees all on their cell phones with no one at the register. Each employee made eye... contact and went back to their cell phones. After five minutes of waiting patiently alone in the restaurant, I made the bestdecision to leave. My recommendation would be to put up a closed sign or open a different fast food chain that?s interested inbeing in business! Read more
