Definitely the worse BK I?ve been too. No ice, charged for sandwiches no longer available, & missing food. When we finally had... our ordered fixed, our food was old. I should have take pictures of the sandwiches to show how thrown together they were. Ohgood thing about this visit-My dogs enjoyed the Patties. Read more
I was skipped by 3 cars in the drive through. The person taking the order did not wait to hear our orders before cutting us off... multiple times. The order on the screen/total on the screen did not match what we were ordering. I can't be sure that my burgeris actually vegetable based if the menu says bacon king. Why bother asking what sauce I want if you're just going to forgetanyways? I've been here a few times and this was by far the worst experience I've had at BK. Read more
It don't matter how fast or friendly service may be, if foods you've ordered have old, stale, or nasty ingredients. My original... chicken sandwich had disgusting slimy grayish brown lettuce. I completely lost my appetite! I've actually never seen lettuceturn that color before. I scraped the nasty lettuce off sandwich an onto a white napkin to better show color. Disgusting! Read more
Ordered the Big Fish at the drive-thru. I asked for tartar sauce on the side and add tomato. The sandwich came out as I ordered... it, but as you can see by the picture it was over-cooked (and the tomato was tiny). I give three stars for the sauce on theside and the friendly demeanor of the person receiving my order, but the sandwich is closer to a 1 star. I recommend sitting atthe drive-thru window to check your sandwich before driving away so if it looks like my sandwich you can ask for another. Ididn't look until I got home. Don't use the online app and go through the drive-thru. Your food will be cold by the time you get it and you'll wait... forever. I ordered at about 5:45pm on a sunday and drove approx 15 minutes to get my food. The line at the drive-thru was soslow it took approx 30 minutes to get through it. The picture was after I left the order station and it still took 15-20 minutesfrom this point. Then they couldn't find my food. They finally found it up front where the manager had apparently been callingmy name in the restaurant for a half hour even though I specified drive-thru pickup. I guess I should have just parked the farand went in and God it but I didn't think the drive-thru line would be so slow. Then there was no ketchup for fries, no napkins,not even a straw. Read more

Upsetting to not get your complete order, food that we got was on cold side, onion rings box had fries & chicken finger in it... too. Didn't have cheese on whopper but paid for it, missed one order of chicken nuggets & girl at window drive thru isn't nice. Read more
