I ordered a cheese quesadilla for my 2 year old. The cashier charged me 9.90. I see on the menu that the only cheese quesadilla... is 4.45. So I go to ask for a reimbursement since I was overcharged. This place is horrible first off they have NO CHEESE! As there taking my order the kid had to keep asking what he was doing not... sure maybe he was new not sure. I order a burrito and the burrito was wrapped like if it was a hamburger so I asked the cashierthis is not a size of a reg burrito this needs to be rewrapped or redone. I came to chipotle around 8 pm to order takeout for my wife and me. I wanted to try the new steak they have been advertising.... They only had a scoop of steak left, so I didn?t get to try it. The guy putting together my burrito bowls did not look like hewanted to be there and forgot to provide the sauces I asked for on the side. The manager running the register was prompt intelling me my free queso coupon didn?t cover the size queso given to me but then proceeded to forget to put the chips I paid forin the bag with my order making that queso pretty much useless.
