I ordered a cheese quesadilla for my 2 year old. The cashier charged me 9.90. I see on the menu that the only cheese quesadilla... is 4.45. So I go to ask for a reimbursement since I was overcharged. And they refused since I didn?t specify that I wanted thekids quesadilla. I didn?t even know there was an ?off the menu? adult cheese quesadilla. Isn?t that your job as a worker tospecify? This place is horrible first off they have NO CHEESE! As there taking my order the kid had to keep asking what he was doing not... sure maybe he was new not sure. I order a burrito and the burrito was wrapped like if it was a hamburger so I asked the cashierthis is not a size of a reg burrito this needs to be rewrapped or redone. The slowest chipotle I?ve ever been to. I?ve been multiple times because I live near by and it?s never better. No matter what... time of day there is always a big line because they just take their time. Staff will mix up orders with others and try to overcharge me for mine and when I correct them they try to argue with me when I saw them mix it up. The food is about right forchipotle so they have that going for them. It?s just the service is mediocre at best. Read more
There is a person there (black female, 30?s), she is incredibly rude. This is not a 1 time run-in with her. I frequent that... store as a customer and Door Dash in this area. I just couldn?t believe how rude she was/is to customers, staff & deliverypeople (door dash, Uber eat?etc). She mumbles when she talks and has never once looked me in the eye. She makes no eye contactwhatsoever! To top it off, I think she management or a leader of some sort. I feel very very sorry for her co-workers having todeal with that person!!!! Read more
I love the food here. This was our first time going and it was very nice to my surprise. They don't let you eat there because... the COVID-19 but you can order and take home. The place was clean and the ladies at the counter where very nice. One of themcouldn't understand me, I guess because talking through the face mask is a pain but another lady came to my rescue and she tookour order. We order the steak plate without rice and it was fantastic. I didn't know you can decide what ingredients you want inyour dish, so I had to apologize for holding the line a bit. I would definitely recommend it. I can't wait to go again. Oh wegot two burritos also to go for our teenagers and they loved it. Read more
I came to chipotle around 8 pm to order takeout for my wife and me. I wanted to try the new steak they have been advertising.... They only had a scoop of steak left, so I didn?t get to try it. The guy putting together my burrito bowls did not look like hewanted to be there and forgot to provide the sauces I asked for on the side. The manager running the register was prompt intelling me my free queso coupon didn?t cover the size queso given to me but then proceeded to forget to put the chips I paid forin the bag with my order making that queso pretty much useless. Overall my experience here was horrible, and I will not returnto this location. Read more
