Me giving a ONE STAR (it is very weird, but yes!) My kids haven?t been at Chuck E Cheese for 4 years. We took them to this... location which appeared to be really big and fun. It was indeed pretty big than the ones we used to go. A lot of games to choosefrom. No more tickets coming out of the machines; instead, you get your tickets straight to your card. Here comes the BIGPROBLEM?..there were a lot of birthdays that day. It took us around 5 mnts for someone to come and put the stamp on us so wecould enter (no one else was on the line). It felt like all the employees were focused only on the birthday parties. The machineto buy the card was broken. We were sent to buy one where you exchange your tickets. Then they sent us to the front register. Acashier was complaining because a customer was buying alcochol and she was under age to sell it (she kept on telling the manager?I?ve been calling you, but you don?t come.? The customer was also complaining because she saw us in the line and there were nomore registers open. We didn?t spent too much time there. Once we arrived at 120pm, we were taken to location of party. Set up was okay. I was asked if I was parent, ans we need to... immediately place order of food, because of time. I was rushed into making a decision on how many party participants would bethere. ONLY a couple participants had arrived at 1:25. I asked if I had a grace period and was told NO I NEEDED TO make adecision NOW. I confirmed my party amount and pizza?s I wanted. I was then told who my planner was, and she would return afterorder was place to go over how things work. At 1:49 she returned with bands for play and went over pizza, and bands, chuckecoming out and cake and ice cream. Kids played for 5mins before food arrived. Another hostess had to get our drinks, we served our own food while other hostess Served their sections. We had to refill our own pitchers each time. The hostess never returnedand asked if anything was OK or if anything else is needed. Our only indication to when we need it to return to table was overloudspeaker, when the hostess did return she rudely said ?it?s cake time set it up, put your candle on the cake, so I can lightit.? We weren?t asked what kind of ice cream we wanted just given a tray of 12 minus the birthday boys ice cream.after cake wasfinished table was covered with trash and we couldn?t open gifts. At 3:20 I was given the bill while trying to play games withthe birthday boy and told I needed to come and do ticket grab or he would miss his opportunity to. I took my child away from hisfun to do as instructed while he cried. Party was due to end at 3:30. When we didn?t even get the bands till1:49. Almost 20minslate. I spent over 400$ to be rushed in an experience that was anything but friendly or fun for my child. As I paid the bill Ihad a problem there also because the system would only accept debit and not take my credit payment after waiting 30mins with thestore GM I told him of my experience and he did nothing to apologize or try any make it better! Shout out to my daughter's birthday party hostess Kiki! You are awesome! We all had a blast at Chuck E Cheese! That Birthday... party blast o ticket thing is the BEST!! Fun games and good food!! Chuck e Cheese use to be so much fun! Not anymore, ridiculously priced for games and food! Think your having lunch there that... was a joke spent over $50 on food for the pizza to be horrible and the sampler to have everything cold on it! Each child ate 1piece of pizza and said they wouldn?t eat anymore. Walked out leaving an entire 1/2 of pizza and the entire sampler sitting onthe table yesterday. Extremely disappointed! Read more
We had such a good time!! It was my daughter's and I 1st time @ Chuck E. Cheese. Our very good friends were having a birthday... party for their little one who is also good friends of my little girl. All of us had a blast playing all the games,picturestaken on a few of the ride/games they have as well and you get a free picture every time you go on it. Overall this is a greatplace for family fun and birthday parties!! I can't wait to go again. Staff is rude and disrespectful. Employee working the counter told the person she was speaking to on her personal cell phone... ?she had customers all up in her face and had to go?.. we were trying to collect prizes for the tickets. She then spoke down tome while doing the math for the prizes multiple times because I told her the prizes my kids had picked were only 150pts insteadof 250 like she said. Really bizarre interaction, she seemed like she was high. Won?t be bringing my kids back here! Read more
