This store is the absolute worst Dunkin? I?ve come across in the whole country, unfortunately I work up the road from this... location and it?s never seems to disappoint when it comes to horrible service and no selection. Multiple visits ended with notpurchasing donuts because they did not have any it was 10:30 am or there about every visit.When they do magically have a donutin house they will still mess up the rest of the order. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. The staff do not offer any form of customer service: no greeting of hello, no eye contact, no offer of... help. You will be ignored if you go inside to order at the counter. Three staff members did this again today while they wereworking on the drive thru customers as I stood at the register waiting to be helped only to be ignored and not evenacknowledged. Also the order WILL be wrong or they will not have any variety of food. I will never use the location again. Theworst location I?ve ever experienced on a consistent basis over a four year period. Absolutely the worst dunkin I've been to. I've tried it multiple times and everytime it's something different. Staff is rude.... One time I went through the drive thru and sat for 30min to be told at the window they had no more donuts.....it was 11am? Iunderstand shipping issues but don't be rude about it. Every time my children and I go to this store they are either OVER charging us (having us pay for an item we did not ask for... when my children go in by themselves), and they also offer subpar service. My children like going there is the ONLY reason Istill pay for items there. The Dunkin Donuts further west on Palm Beach Blvd offers wayyy better service. It?s longer of adrive however we need to start spending our money there. I?d give no stars if that were an option. They need to treat theircustomers better- PERIOD -It?s apparent they do not care. I love DD but the places down here don't seem to have very fresh donuts. And a lot of times their out of donuts. The one's in... Iowa were much better, always had fresh donuts and were never out of the munchkins. If they are baking fresh donuts through theday they shouldn't be out of some donuts at 8am Read more
So disappointed in my latest experience here. So I pulled up to the speaker and I hear "Thanks for choosing Dunkins, I'll be... with you in a moment". And I reply with "take your time". Then I hear "I will take my sweet @$$ time".....honestly it was sooooshocking I honestly didn't think I heard it until I heard "OMG I'm so sorry". Then another person came on and took my order.When I came up to the window a girl with a blonde ponytail and air pods in was like "i'm so sorry I thought you were mymanager"......but is that the case, or did you forget to turn off your mic. I go to this Dunkin everyday to get my coffee, yesterday 11/3/22 I went at 6:07 or so, the girl at the drive thru window was not... personable at all. She took my card and as soon as the card had processed she took a picture of the screen from her cell phone.I thought this was strange. She also didn?t give me my receipt or have a name badge on. I didn?t think this was appropriate so Itried to call the store and it rang and no one picked up after multiple attempts. I then called a different store on ClevelandAvenue to ask questions as to what she may have been doing because of course I?m thinking my debit card has been compromised and when someone answered the phone I asked to speak with the supervisor. The girl that answered the phone went to hand thephone to the supervisor and I heard her say ?she wants to speak to a supervisor? in a very sarcastic and demeaning way. I toldthe supervisor Dana that I heard what she said and she needs to be a little more professional when speaking with and aboutcustomers. I then proceed to explain to Dana what had happened and she advised me that my bank card information does not show onthe screen except for the last 4 numbers of the card. She then explained that what that employee could have done was save thereceipt to upload it to the fetch app or a similar app. I had no idea what the fetch app was so I looked it up and it is an appthat people can upload their receipts to get cash back, rewards, gift cards etc. as far as taking the picture with her cell shewas unsure as to why she would have done that. After receiving this information I again tried to call the store to speak withthe supervisor and once again there was no answer. Dana was very helpful and her reassurance was appreciated. As for thisparticular Dunkin in fort myers shores I?m pretty disappointed with the service I was given.
