The site is pleasant and pleasant, with very good attention and fast service. The food is something that is not far behind, we... had been told that it was expensive, which we did not think compared to the quality of the food and the size of the portions. Chicken is usually a bland meat in many places, but here it really has a very good flavor just like the meats, it is a very goodoption for both lunch and dinner. Read more

My wife's birthday was today and she has been dying to try this place. Another "HIDDEN CHARM" in Ft. Myers. This place offers... authentic Peruvian and Argentina menus. The dishes are large and delicious. This was my 1st try at this South American dishes, and I was pleasantly surprised. Very deep favorable meals. From outside it looks like a small place, but don't let the looksdeceive you. Plenty of seating for everyone and the decor made the place ever more likeable. The staff were friendly andprofessional. The place was very clean. Here are some pictures of our dining adventure. Read more

Google brought me here. The perfectly cooked (and seasoned) steak and eggs got me writing this superb review! The outside is... strip mall regular - but once you are inside, the decorations and music set the stage for an ambience of rustic retreat. Thestaff were cordial and quick. They have real butter - a necessity for me. My food was brought quickly, and exactly as ordered. There is a little extra spice on the side if you want to be adventurous - it was quite tasty. I did not partake from the bar, asI am getting ready to take flight. However, they do have a full one here. If I am back in Ft. Myers, I know where I?m eating! Read more

They?re food is AMAZING and sticks to Peruvian culture! The service is a little slow but they do have a sign stating they are... short staffed and the employees are so nice and helpful it?s hard to complain as it is not their fault. I was blown aware at howdelicious these plates were and the portion sizes were definitely filling. They bring free breads with a dip that I am not surewhat it?s called but amazed me with how great it tasted. My friend?s mother lives in the area and recommend this place when wewere passing by and it definitely went way beyond our expectations! Read more

Very good service here. Very attentive. Food came out quickly. Little too quickly but I was hungry so it's OK. Plates were real... big. We had the Lomo Saltado, ceviche pescado chef special with jalapeno sauce, tallarine Verde with chicken and a plate ofchicken chaufa. Everything was good. The ceviche was excellent. I've been to both Gaucho locations and both pump out goodPeruvian food. We will be back for sure. Read more

Love this restaurant! The menu is extensive with many types of dishes! There?s Argentinian dishes as well as Italian! We tried a... variety of dishes! My daughter tried the tofu platter and said it was delicious! Her boyfriend tried the spinach ravioli withred sauce which he said was very good. My husband and I split the fish platter which had calamari, shrimp and white fish toppedwith salsa! It was amazing! The plantains were also tried and were delectable! The mango cheesecake was also excellent! Theservice was very good and there wasn?t much of a wait. If you?re in the area, you should give this restaurant a try, it?s verygood! Even Alex Lora, a Mexican singer, was there! Read more

Hands down best Peruvian food in Fort Myers. I've been searching for good Peruvian food and I been to most of the ones google... recommends in Fort Myers but always get disappointed either by rude staff or rotten seafood. El Gaucho has very good food andfriendly staff only downside of being so busy is they are understaffed and food takes longer than usual but not terribly long. Read more
