We stopped by to satiate a curry craving. We ordered the shrimp curry plate and the goat curry. The goat was exquisitely tender.... The curried rice in both dishes (my husband and I shared both) were each amazing. The portions are quite generous (We will bothbe eating left overs for another meal or two) which outweighs the price. Absolutely worst customer service!!! The cashier is so rude and does not represent the true Jamaican experience. The food is... not great either and not cooked authentically and not worth the money. Would NEVER return, there are much better options. Didnot even feel like taking the food, awful experience. Read more

Big big respect to the champion working on this day. I had a deep cut on my thumb from cooking at home the night before. While... ordering food, I hit my hand on the counter that reopened the cut From the night before. While I was looking for the restroom, the man comes back to me and gives plastic gloves, hydrogen peroxide, and bandages to clean and wrap my thumb. When finished,he said keep the hydrogen peroxide. A whole bottle! It?s been decades since I?ve been treated with high quality service likethis in The United States. Also, the curry chicken Roti, patty, and coco bread was delicious and flavorful. I will return tovisit this establishment. Big respect!! Read more

My wife and I have been searching for a good Jamaican restaurant in the Cape Coral area and we found that Irie hit the spot. We... ate inside although most customers were doing takeout. I had the ackee and saltfish and my wife the curry chicken. She actuallywanted curry goat, but they ran out. Both were served with steamed cabbage and plantains. We both enjoyed our lunches and agreedit was good but not the best we've had. We moved here from the Fort Lauderdale area which has many Caribbean style restaurantsand a large Jamaican presence. The food there is a high mark to reach and Irie, although good and worth another visit, doesn'tquite match up. Read more

I come down to Ft Myers often for work amd usually eat at the same places. Today I found this AWESOME Jamaican place and it was... awesome. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I had the jerk pork, rice beans, salad and a Jamaican kola. It wasdelicious. I will definately make this part of my dining when I am back. Read more

The food itself is delicious! The portions appear ample, but in all honesty it is mostly rice. The protein portions are meager... considering the cost. Overall, I would eat their food again, just not as often since my budget can?t afford it. Read more

Cozy vibe, friendly staff and clean establishment. Not to mention the food was fantastic. Between the four of us we ordered half... the menu! Everyone loved their food, I look forward to coming back here. Read more
