They messed up the two sandwiches that I ordered. I ordered a Philly steak sandwich and I got chicken. I asked for mayo on... another sandwich and got nothing. The two people working there were not helpful and I had to ask for things multiple times to beput on my sandwich and it was still messed up. Literally just had the worst experience because somebody assumed what I wanted in my sandwich?. My son went and ordered two... sandwiches, one was the kahuna steak sandwich with no mushrooms but received the kahuna chicken sandwich with MUSTARD (which Idon?t eat mustard). When returned it they stated they assumed I would take chicken because they were out of steak withoutconsulting us. After re-making it with steak NOW because they had just received a truckload they rushed the order and when Iwent in my car and opened up my sandwich and noticed the cheese was not melted the bread was cold and some of the meat was coldI returned it and they had the audacity to give me attitude because it?s the second time now back with the an issue the ladysaid to me I just cooked it I said it?s cold thou she rolled her eyes ?I asked for a refund , hoping they would Say sorry let uswarm it up, but they wanted to return the money to the card my son used which I did not have on hand, at this point I was justhungry and frustrated they said that they were not able to refund the money because I needed the card understandable , I justgrabbed the sandwich and threw it in the their trash can and walked out? they can keep their miserable $10 I have never had anissue with Jersey Mike?s until now? maybe it?s their staff not even an apology for THEIR MISTAKES Read more

I went there a couple days after hurricane ian hit. The store was packed with customers and everyone seemed to be working hard.... They did a great job of keeping the line moving. There was one guy in particular I think his name was Dominic. He kept all theteam members going and was delegating very well. I was very impressed. If he isnt a manager he definitely should be. The food is very good but every time I have been there they either screw up my order or don't give me what I paid for. The last... time I was there I paid for 2 of the gigantic subs and they only put 2 regular subs in the bag. I guess I should have checkedbut I trusted it was right because I saw them make them. I walked in the door at 8:35pm and saw the slicer in the beginning stages of cleaning. It took 10 seconds for her to put it back... together after everyone stopped staring at me like I had three heads. Being a former employee for Jim who owned the Jersey Mikeson US41 & Crystal Dr, I couldn't imagine treating a customer like this. Don't get me wrong - I cant say we never startedcleaning 5 minutes till close, but 25 minutes? Then to tell me the grill is off? It isn't even cleaned yet, so I know it isn'toff. Just upsetting... I'll make the drive to the US 41 instead from now on. Almost gave 2 stars. My microwaved $17 sandwich wasok. Read more

I was greeted by Amara (only black lady in the store) with a horrible attitude and it went down from there. I ordered the number... 8 club. I hate crispy bacon and so I requested for my bacon not to be fully cooked. Amara said we will get to that later. Iresponded, "Well I see you are cooking bacon on the grill currently so please make my bacon not crispy." She said she couldn'tand when I asked why not she and a guy with big quarter sized earrings in his ear said because it's protocol. I asked for amanager and he said "Hi, you are speaking to him". I said so let me speak to your District Manager and he walked away and said"I'm not doing this today" and went and got the real manager. I let the manager know that I would like not?crispy bacon and hesaid no problem and got me the freshly cooked bacon on the grill. He was awesome. Amara also threw my cup on the counter veryrudely. I am so appalled at her behavior and the guy who was extremely rude and refused to fulfill my request. Read more
