Set the delivery time for 1:15-1:30, driver showed up at 1:08. I was immediately spammed with calls from the driver and manager... in the middle of a very important meeting. The driver couldn?t wait 5 minutes for me to finish. Had to leave my meeting so myfood wasn?t left in the parking lot. Called the manager back to ask them to at least remove the $2 gratuity I added before hand.Manager didn?t give her name and proceeded to be very rude. She didn?t say sorry for the inconvince or anything. just told meshe?s not going to do anything about it and to contact corporate. Zero customer service skills. I stopped here for a quick lunch and this place is by far the best Jimmy Johns location I?ve been too. The store was impeccably... clean and the staff was amazing! When I entered the store there was a long line and Hanna attended to everyone?s need quicklyand efficiently. Haley was also able to cash everyone out and take the orders. No ones order was mixed up and everyone was outof the store within 10-12 minutes .. talk about the perfect spot for lunch during the work week!
