Set the delivery time for 1:15-1:30, driver showed up at 1:08. I was immediately spammed with calls from the driver and manager... in the middle of a very important meeting. The driver couldn?t wait 5 minutes for me to finish. Had to leave my meeting so myfood wasn?t left in the parking lot. Called the manager back to ask them to at least remove the $2 gratuity I added before hand.Manager didn?t give her name and proceeded to be very rude. She didn?t say sorry for the inconvince or anything. just told meshe?s not going to do anything about it and to contact corporate. Zero customer service skills. I stopped here for a quick lunch and this place is by far the best Jimmy Johns location I?ve been too. The store was impeccably... clean and the staff was amazing! When I entered the store there was a long line and Hanna attended to everyone?s need quicklyand efficiently. Haley was also able to cash everyone out and take the orders. No ones order was mixed up and everyone was outof the store within 10-12 minutes .. talk about the perfect spot for lunch during the work week! Went to this location to grab a quick bite heading home from the airport staff was condescending and my wife told them her order... with no lettuce and they clearly did not listen as they asked so you want lettuce and tomato? Also have attitude when askingabout the difference in sub sizes little John etc. Subs were good but service was lackluster at best. One of the employees wasnot in uniform and just messing around on his cell phone. Not the experience we are used to with JJ. Read more
First timer here, their 'giant' club sub seemed rather small to me and not terribly filling. The processed sandwich meat wasn't... great. For $7 w/tax not exactly good value... drink was extra, chips were extra... not a place I'll frequent, probably won'teven go back. Read more
A couple of weeks ago I visited this location. I walked in 15 minutes prior to closing and the girl told me they?re closed. No?... You?re open till 10 P.M. Rap music was blaring so loudly! It felt like I was at a club. A young guy and an older-looking girlworking. Very unprofessional. I was very disappointed because I frequently go to this location. Read more
