In my opinion (I'm from Chicago for what it's worth) this was the PERFECT steak sub! I had the grilled bacon, fresh grilled... steak, and Swiss cheese on an in-house baked white bread roll. The sandwich was just perfect in every way I imagined. The cheesewas perfectly melted, sandwich made the right way, bacon on bottom, steak with Swiss cheese throughout! Washed it down with ahalf of their freshly made (I know I keep saying that but sorry, this place serves FRESH foods and drinks!) strawberry lemonadeand the other half was the brewed iced tea. GREAT combination! The place is very clean, easy to find and get to. Located inwhat I would say is the mid Fort Myers are near Page Field. They also serve freshly baked peanut butter cookies that are alsoamazing and a great way to end your meal. Highly recommend it for a quick bite. From order to pickup was maybe 5 minutes. Wow!!! Is all I can say. I was between Jersey Mike?s and Lenny?s and glad I made the decision for this gem of a shop! I?m picky... with steak and cheeses and this is up there for me (possibly the best I?ve ever had). I have never been to a Lenny's before today. It was recommended to me by a friend and he was spot on. The dining area is clean... and welcoming. The staff is crazy friendly and accommodating. The Italian Sub was delicious. Great bread and flavors seasonedperfectly. They are wedged in between a bunch of other resturants but SHOULD NOT be skipped.
