There is a horrible employee in there named Yesenia. They don?t care about their customers when they walk in they leave you... standing there ignoring you when you try to communicate with them in both English or Spanish and then have the nerve to call yourude when you?ve been standing there for 20 minutes trying to make an order! Employee Yesenia is a lowlife person disrespectingthe customers especially one that was on a life vest machine! Had to walk out and leave because heaven forbid we try to orderafter we defend ourselves and they try to spit in our food! Dining room closed and slow service. Probably staffing issues
I work close by so I've gone through the drive-thru quite a few times. They are good about getting my (typically small) orders... correct. It's a busy location so their inventory doesn't have a chance to go stale; the food therefore tastes as "fresh" asMcDonald's food can get. Read more
Ordered two 20 piece nuggets. One had 18, one had 13.. check your food before you leave.
This place was horrible! I went through the drive thru and I asked for filet of fish and add shredded lettuce. I look and no... shredded lettuce and only a half of piece of cheese. So I have to go in. At first I couldn't get anyone's attention and thenthere was no how can I help you. I had to get mad about it. I asked for the manager and this guy puffs out his chest and says Iam. And then he's arguing with me about the half a piece of cheese. This place is so unprofessional. Ordered a Iced coffee,black with 1/2 the usual vanilla. Looks like I got a cup of cream, tastes like drinking vanilla creamer... from the 1/2 gallon and has no flavor of coffee what do ever. Updated review.... I go here 3-4 times a week. In the last 3weeks I have been either way over charged or shorted food 3 times. Do not go to this McDonalds , they are terrible. No receiptever so you can't report to main office and manager does nothing to fix it. Terribly run facility and I'm not going back. Paidfor cheese, got no cheese. More than not, I get screwed here! And they don't give a receipt so you can't leave a review withcorporate. Read more
