I ordered a iced coffee thru DoorDash and it never came . So I got a refund then ordered another iced coffee and got a small... vanilla milk shake . I called 2 times to this McDonald?s and the first time they hung up on me . Then the second time at 3:27pmthe lady said she doesn?t have time for me and hung up on me . This was probably the worst managed mickeys I have ever have eaten at ( store#152 Fort Myers, Fl.). 9/11/22 at 10:30am. Out of... the 15 orfers from counter and drive thrus, 3 were correct but absolutely none were timely. Most orders took 20-25 minutes.Ours took half hour plus. I am a patient person but this was just a circus show. Staff acting as if this was acceptable and nosense of getting orders correct or in a timely manner. Manager did not appear to have any idea as to how to correct thesituation. We have been to this Mcdonalds multiple times but will not patronize it any longer. The food is the secondcomplaint as it was overcooked or in the heating drawers too long. If this is the current trend for this mickeys, it will loseit's potential for profit. Convinced the crew at this location are just idiots. They can never get anything right. Iced coffee, they give you coffee with... no ice. Makes sense. Then you complain & ask them to REMAKE the coffee & they have an attitude & add what you?re missing to thedrink instead of remaking it.. so you?re forced to walk inside & have the manager remake it. Smh. Then they want to charge you.25 for a cup of water ???????? first time I ever heard that one. Colonial & summerlin McDonald?s is much better so drive a fewmore minutes to get better service! McDonald's why have a 24 hour sign but your never open? Unless they're cleaning in the back or hiding. They should have a sign... stating this so we don't just sit and wait long hours. The app should state this as well. It says 24 hours but they're neveropen ??????????? Read more

This McDonald?s is an absolute joke honestly. I work in retail and customer service and never would we do what they do here.... Every time I go over there the workers are back there goofing off or just standing around. I literally watched a worker move awet floor sign 5 times when the floor was absolutely dry. As for their customer service some of them are a extremely nice and Ienjoy seeing but there are others who give attitude for no reason. As for the food don?t even get me started. I order a Doublequarter pounder with cheese the other night, I took it to go and once home I went to eat it and it was still pink inside. It wasabsolutely disgusting and I threw it out. I decided to go again and give it a shot but they gave me the wrong sandwich. Thescreenshot is what I order and the next image is what I got. It?s an absolute joke. It's gotten better than last time I was there. But they need better results on employees not getting burnt out.
