The manager Rachelle is a saint. Florida is deviated by Ian and she's doing her best to keep it together. They're offering a... limited menu to keep operations smooth and I watched her get berated by a postal worker who tried to tell her how he cooked foodwhen he worked at McDonald's. She handled him, and many other rude people with ease! Read more
All I can say is disgusting! Price gouging when people need you the most. Hurricane Ian left people se aster and these clowns... are charging more than normal because they are the only restaurant open near. People need to learn how to use the drive through here and not block traffic on the street and traffic trying to leave the... parking lot. The line needs to stay within the parking lot. Drive around the building and get in line for the drive through.Don't create a line from the entryway. Read more

0 stars Updated from 1 year ago. Still the worst McDonalds around every single time. I gave it one more shot. This will be the... last time. I ordered 3 McDoubles w/extra onion & pickles. Get home to find there is none at all. The employee actually took thetime to place the order on each wrapper specifying extra pickle & onion. They still couldn't make it right. Not to mention theylook incredibly disgusting & are dried out & stale. How incredibly ignorant are the people working there? Terribly prepared foodwith an equally long wait. Garbage! To all of those causing this, please get a different job!!!! People just want a decent snackand to receive what they ordered and overpayed for. Read more
Been going McDonald's for over 50 years. Oct. 31st at 8:14pm I was treated very rudely. Never been treated by McDonald's like... that. Speaker order which never happened. Drove to window and was YELLED at for not answering no one at the speaker. She musthave been in a bad mood and decided I was to be recipient of this. Was not necessary. I was not rude even after accused of not'answering her'. Just wanted some food. Is this what I should be expecting when ordering from this McDonald's? There areothers. Read more
