Such a horrible experience, I?ll never be back to this McDonald?s. Worked 12 hours and just wanted something to eat quick.... Pulled up for curbside as I ordered when I left the job site. Got there and checked in and waiting 45 minutes for nothing.. walkin and wait another 30 minutes just for all of our food to be cold. Needless to say I lost my appetite and threw all the foodaway. Just ordered a DoorDash.. ordered two burritos and a hash brown. Forgot the hash brown and burritos are cold. I Go to school... right down the street from this McDonald?s so there?s really no excuse.. Your job is really not that difficult especially whenthe entire order is written down in-front of you.. won?t be ordering again. Read more
I did an app order. The app is always messing up my order. The one lady asked me to pull up to window 2 and she would figure it... out with me. Then this other person who was passing out food too told me I had to move from there cause she has other customersto take care of. I explained my situation and she said I'd have to go back thru drive thru. She seemed like she was too busy tohelp me and laughed as she walked away. I rarely come to McDonald's because times are tough. I didn't need to be disrespected onmy visit. Thanks to the girls who were wonderful. Except that 1 who was rude and wouldn't help. Fire her! McDonald's has addicting food, we all know this, it's also fast and convenient. However, if you don't like something, such as... pickle or onion, and order without it, you have 50% chance of them getting it right. They are also typically very fast, butlast time I visited, they told me to pull to the drive through parking spot to wait for a milk Shake and iced coffee. I satfor 30 min with my 3 year old before I finally got out of the car. The manager saw me and brought me my coffee and milkshakebut that was way too long of a wait for something so simple. Overall fast and convenient for the most part, but I wouldrefrain from ordering anything special and cancel anything from your order if they ask you to wait for it Read more
I've been to several McDonald's, and by far this is one you will get decent service from! Always friendly; I especially love how... efficient Robin is in the drive thru. Some times I have to wait, but I know I will get correct and hot food. Thank you for beingconsistently amazing and some how keeping high spirits despite the general public! Read more
This place is a danm s?? I bought a fries it?s looks like a baby fries and cold, the Mc double is cold, all of dem was cold like... ice. The don?t gave me all my food. I?m not encouraged someone to go go there. Read more
