I would have gave it one star if would have tasted like burnt wok. The food is great no problems with the cooks. The real issue... is with service up front. The line was empty and I waited about 5 minutes till I got service. It was terrible the service by theserver and cashier. For it being empty I spent about 10 minutes in there. Good food, good quantity with top class quality. I really enjoyed the meal.
The food is good but the service is really bad. I probably stood in line for 45 minutes because they're so busy and trying to... pay attention to to go orders and leave us standing there. They should have one individual working to go orders so the rest canconcentrate on the line of 25 people. There was a young man in line behind me and placed it to go order and he got his foodbefore I ever got up to order mine. Also by the time I got up there in the front section they only have one on tray left, threewas missing and she said they wouldn't be replacing. They were busy, but the employees remained calm. Even though the line was long, the employees served everyone in a timely... fashion. Meanwhile paying attention to the customer and their orders. It was strange that there wasn?t music playing in thebackground, but it was still very peaceful. I was very happy with my food, and how it tasted. Broccoli tasted like dirt (literally) and the chow mien was so dry. I love this place, unfortunately this was the worst.... Standing in line for ten minutes when no one was serving anyone else.
