Ordered chicken salad sandwich and it had no meat on it, nothing but bread and lettuce. Paid $12 for nothing. Side order was... incorrect, told them twice and still got it wrong. Cashier does not even say hello to customers. Waste of money and will nevergo back. Read more

I went here to try the new chicken sandwich. It definitely wasn?t cooked fresh, it had been sitting around a while and just... reheated. The chicken breast was very dry. I did however like the different kinds of lemonades as they do not use sugar or highfructose corn syrup to sweeten it. I did speak to the manager about the food and she said there was nothing she could do. Panerabreads slogan is this is how food should be. I disagree. Also the college kids use this place as a Wi-Fi workstation as they arethere for hours at a time. The problem is they take all the available parking spots so you have to park a little bit away andwalk. Read more

A lot of the times I go there, things are wrong. I ordered a chicken and wild rice soup and I got chicken noodle and I ordered a... salad with NO grated Parmesan and of course I got cheese on my salad. So disappointing. Read more
Healthier than average faire for a sightly elevated price. Plenty of sensible salads, soups, and sandwiches. The bakery... specializes in breads and sweets. The You Choose Two option is good for a bit of portion-controlled variety. Service is okay.Don't look for table visits. You'll be taken care of at the counter and serve yourself. The men's restroom was a bit messy, butthat's likely owed to an unaccompanied child that didn't aim properly... Left restroom feeling a little dirtier than when Ientered not just because of that, but also because the sink faucet scarcely released a trickle of water. Ordered soup for my sick grandchild on 6/8/2022 and picked it up at 5:15- when I opened it at home the chicken &wild rice soup... was ONLY LIQUID, no chicken at all and not a grain of rice! Needless to say it was a waste and I learned my lesson! Read more
