Since I?ve moved by this location, Papa Johns has become my least favorite pizza. It?s simply gross. They don?t even melt the... cheese all the way. Literally the last 10 times I?ve ordered? Once I ordered extra pepper Chilies, and whatever toppings. Didn?tget the right toppings, and had no pepper chilies. I called and asked to be sent a correct order, and they sent me a pizza withpepper chillies all the way around it, and a packet centered on the pizza that said ?special seasoning.? It took over 2 hours to receive our pizza and it was so cold the cheese was no longer melted. This is not what most people want... in a pizza delivery place...over the years their quality has went down hill...I will never order here again! Read more

I do not recommend ordering from here. It?s slow and they dump your order on door dash, and once it?s dumped on them you have... no recourse so you can just wait until your dasher decides to show up. They tack on a delivery fee and don?t tell you who?sbringing it. Hopefully if you care, now you know. Mines been out for delivery for 45 minutes?. It finally showed up. Order number 957973714 May 7, 2021 11:03p.m. I order my family's dinner over two hours ago. When Doordash finally arrived, i... don't understand why papajohns didn't deliver. But the had door dash deliver, took over two hours for the guy to pull up withhis windows down, no warm bag, just sitting in his seat. The food was ice cold. The store refused to do anything about it. Itried online live chat. No answer or response. This is the second time from this location that this has happened. Worst storeservice ever. Do not ever order from this location. Long two hour wait, with horrible third party delivery service. Managementis horrible. Even online live chat unresponsive. Disappointed is an understatement!!!!! I am a Google reviewer that likes to let others know my honest opinion on businesses. We... ordered 2 pizza and bread sticks for delivery. We didn't get ANY sauce for our bread sticks. Call on hold 10 min. Call againthey said they couldn't help me and transfered my call. They answer to put me on hold again. Did I get to tell them theremistake ! No ! Why ? I didn't get to talk to anyone! Wow! How unprofessional Papa John's if you want customers you need to workon customer service !
