The store location is great! They have a great team, quick. My issue is that the call center is outrageous, prices are not what... they are online and they continue to ask you "would you like this and this" verse listening to the customer for what theyactually want. It's a constant stop and start because your call center is trying to force words/other items on your order. Ifthey just stopped and listen maybe more items would be ordered. Ordered multiple times from this establishment, today I ordered for delivery and this was what I saw when I opened the box, that... was missing the seal for delivery. I called the store manager immediately and was told ?this is not true and that I?m lying tothem? to being hung up on. Poor customer service Read more
The pizza was as you would expect Papa John's to be. I was impressed with how quick it was ready. It was an off time probably,... but it was still ready less than 15 minutes from order time online. Staff were friendly and actually seemed to care some. Read more

Ordered the NY Style pizza because it looked so good in commercial. Love a big foldable slice! Wish we would have gotten one. ... I was very generic, just like a bigger hand tossed from Pizza Hut. The toppings were sparse and had only one little pepper foran extra large pizza. The sauce is a bit sweet for me, but my husband did like the sauce. The real bummer was the dull crust. No flavor at all. Additionally, it was over $25 dollars with tip and feeds 2-3. Last pizza from Papa John's was not good (deepdish) so we gave it another try with this one. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good, just meh... Guess we'll be sticking tolocal shops. Papa John's new slogan should be, 'it's late and we're still open' (that's why we rolled the dice on it!). Ordered Pan Pizza with buffalo wings and got it in 30 minutes, and piping hot. I ordered extra cheese, and they didn't... disappoint. The driver was pleasant. Overall it was an excellent experience by this establishment. Read more
When i placed my order with papa john's i was anticipating some really hot cheesy goodness for my pizza. I customised my order... online and the first blunder was the estimated delivery time which was 80 minutes (i was already hungry guys....). The deliverytime was a lot shorter than expected (45 minutes) and my pizza was still hott! When i saw the pizza, i was honestly expectingsomething so great that i would never return to my sole Caribbean pizza stop (Dominoes). This pizza just made me want Dominoesmore. The dough was too thick, the toppings were too scarce and i could barely taste the difference between the beef and veggiehalves of the pizza. I tried it with and without the jalapeno pepper and there was no great change. Tried it with the garlicsauce as well...no big difference. I was honestly disappoined with the delivery time, the taste and the price ( i felt like ipaid way too much for one pizza $24). Im not sure i will order papa john's again. Read more
Almost every time i order from these guys they screw it up. Unbelievable. Last time i ordered they forgot to put pepperoni on my... pizza. I mean i have not had a pleasant experience with this place at all. Gonna stop spending my money there and go to Leonis. Read more
