Dirty restrooms. Was told showers were only from 7a.m. till 8p.m. so anyone who parks at night has to wait till the morning to... get clean . Drink machines broke. Definitely never coming to this pilot again fort Myers FL worst pilot ever i wish I could firethose employees myself this is ridiculous service. Classic case of not my job type of environment. After 15 hours of cleaning very dirty and discusting debris from houses we stopped here for a shower, food, and sleeping as we... have for the past 3 nights. We are sleeping in the van so that we can afford to charge less for clean up. To be clear we aredoing the work for less than we do at home. We bought fuel there twice a day, all our supplies, and paid 34 for two showers eachnight. The passive aggressive manager decided to close the lot and thow everyone out. This company received the last dime fromus. They should rally around helpers not throw us out. The workers there are great but I cannot abide this and won't. Read more
Only leaving 1 star to leave this review. Would definitely rate it in the negative. The girl working the shower was rude and I... do mean very rude. Go to take a shower and the water is ice cold. No hot water period. When I came out I asked the same rudegirl and I use the word girl very lightly cause a woman would of known how to speak to the public if she knew shower 1 had nohot water. She replied with none of them do. There is no sign posted anywhere nor did the girl at the register say anythingother then the system is down so take the receipt to the girl in the back. I replied with that was something that should of beentold up front instead of wasting people time and money for a colshower. She replied with oh well thought everyone knew. How doyou expect everyone to know if they are not being told and no signs posted. I can go head to head with rudeness but you can't gohead to head with stupidity and laziness. I mean how many drivers would they loose telling them there was no hot water makingher job a lot easier. Never again will we fuel here park here or spend a penny in this store. The parking lot needs some majorwork done to it. Can't say anything about the food was to scared to even try it. The only positive was the girl working theregister was nice. Read more
First the only good thing I have to say about this Pilot... MOST of the staff is friendly, that's why the single star was earned... and not a pity star. However, the parking lot is a joke, they made it way to tight even for a pavement sniffer truck, (let alonethe long hoods like mine), they don't inform you that they have no hot water and let you pay for, get into your shower, and findout for yourself. The lady who was letting people into the showers (short, older woman with obviously dyed black hair) wasextremely rude and disrespectful to me and my girlfriend for absolutely no reason. If you don't like your job that much thenquit! The only reason I parked here is to visit my mother who is extremely sick. I will NOT be coming back to this location forany reason in the future and they will not be getting one cent of mine or my companies money any more. By far the WORST Pilot Ihave ever stopped at. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE!!! Informed the manager to parked my trailer and got stolen. Apparently, the owners refused to update the... security system and ALOT of semi and trailers were been stolen in this particular area according to the cops ive spoke with. Hey google! Give us a choice of ZERO or Minus Stars. This place is not worthy of the ONE that I was forced to give it so I could... write a review. The employees are nice but this place is in dire need of attention. Watch your step in the parking lot, it?s souneven and dangerous. This is Fort Myers, a prime real estate area of the state and they allow this slum? Wow just wow. PS. Ifell in the parking lot between the shop and the entrance to the building because of the jagged concrete. I messed up both kneesand barely could get in my truck. Drivers be careful. Someone is going to trip there and end up in the hospital. But then again,if it happens to you, I hope you sue them and own this Pilot and make improvements. Read more
