Ordered a Pepperoni Original Pan Pizza and got a hand tossed with extra extra pepperoni and no cheese on half of the pizza, odd.... The breadsticks were completely plain, no seasoning or butter. Just baked bread. And had to wait 20 minutes past our time ofpick-up. Read more

The blonde manager at this location refused to put extra sauce on my because it would mess with her inventory. When I showed her... on the pizza hut app that they do not even charge for extra sauce she still refused. You know what's going to mess with yourinventory? People not returning because you refuse to make their food the way they enjoy it. Read more

I place an order and was told my order would be ready in 25 minutes just to be told my order didn?t go through . I had been... sitting outside for 20 minutes . There was no compensation or sincerity . 0/10 I do not recommend. The manager didn?t even geton the phone . Read more

Placed My order over an hour ago on line . Order confirmation told me 45 minutes . An hour goes by and I call to check on order... . The lady who answered the phone immediately had an attitude and told me delivery time was 2 hours . I told her this was notacceptable as I have a email telling me 45 minutes . I asked her if I could speak to a manager and he said she was the manager .I asked her name and she refused to give her name . Very poor managerial skills !!! I have called to report to corporate andwill be going into the store locally to speak with store manager . Read more

Where do I start? I ordered a pizza, yesterday at 3:30pm online, for a 4pm pick-up at their store. I get there at 4:02pm. NO... PIZZA. They "forgot" to make it. They forgot? And what do I get? "Sorry about that". What is the point of ordering online? I guess it's the complimentary aggravation. Now I wait 20 minutes. I ordered their $7.99 special: 2 topping large. Add a buckfor pan style. Ordered extra sauce, and instead of 2 different toppings, I ordered extra/double pepperoni. There's NO WAY thatwas extra/double pepperoni. And if it was, I'd hate to see what regular pepperoni looked like. Look at the pictures attached. You be the judge. And what they lacked in pepperoni, they made up for in extra, extra sauce. There was SO much sauce in areas,we had to eat it with a knife and fork. We couldn't pick it up with our hands. A real mess. Ordering and eating a pizza shouldbe a pleasurable experience. Not TOTAL aggravation. And we paid for the privilege of it too. How hard is it to make a pizzawhen ordered? How hard is it to make a pizza correctly? Evidently, VERY. But here's the real problem. We LOVE Pizza HutPizza. However, when we order a pizza from THIS location, there is a problem, more often than not. Why? How? Does anyonetake pride in their job anymore? I don't know. My very first job in life was a cook at Pizza Hut. We were a bunch of collegekids, but we really did care. Evidently, not anymore. There's a reason why this location has low reviews. I'd give them minus20 stars if I could. If you buy a pizza from this location, it's at your own risk to your sanity. There's another pizza chainout there that makes a heck of an extra cheese, extra pepperoni, large pizza, currently for 6 bucks. They advertise on TV allthe time. I'll be going there from now on.
