Literally the worst Popeyes in the world. Worst service I've ever come across. Even delivery yal have missed food. 10 employees... in the kitchen and can't run the drive thru? After waiting 30 mins in the lobby at 8:30 when yal close at 10pm to tell me yalcan't cook any chicken tenders.... I hope the BBB come there and shut it down. Read more

I've eaten at this location 3 times and every time the food has been good but the order is always wrong. I haven't got a correct... order to this day. Obviously I don't make a huge deal about it but it just wastes my time and the workers' time. Read more
Service was mediocre and the food was bad. I'm really disappointed because this is the first time I've been to Popeyes. This... location is all around depressing. Best of luck to all the customers that are craving Popeyes. KFC will be my choice. Read more
Just saw really big flying roaches inside where the food be. Also saw some rat droppings as well. Employees and manager are... super rude, threatened to call the cops over 2 missing items as well. Definitely not coming back here. Read more
It?s your standard Popeyes brand-new building, friendly people, unfortunately they have slow service. Drink machine is broken.
I really enjoyed this Popeyes in Fort Myers on Fowler St I went to on 7/7/22. (THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!!) I can't remember the... young man name who was my cashier.... Kudos to you sir!! Your friendliness and your promptness was on point. Also the restaurantdidn't look like you all had a herd of bulls come through there.. but it was very clean and I appreciate that!!! Don't ever order online here! Never get the right order or half of it always goes missing. Arrives cold every time and the meat... is hard. Only eat here if you go inside but then prepare for a 15+ minute wait. Read more
