My partner and I just recently moved to Florida from the Bay Area, CA a few weeks back. We were deciding what to do for dinner... last night and saw there was a Red Robin nearby. I've always loved Red Robin in the Bay Area so we wanted to check it out herein FL. We had such an amazing experience, loved the food and loved the service we got even more. Joanne our server wasattentive, friendly, and took amazing care of us. I've always loved the food at every Red Robin, but Joanne's customer servicewas extra special and made us want to come back even more before. The burgers here are delicious! All of the ingredients that add to the flavorful and well cooked patty is almost perfect. The... steak fries and garlic fries are both amazing as well! We also got the mozzarella sticks which were surprisingly good and thechocolate shake was a great addition to the meal. Came Nov. 11 around 6-7, didn't catch the name of the server, but she was working the bar area. Had an incident with my food not... getting brought out to me, and it had to be thrown out. Was waiting a decent amount of time before i inquired about the statusof my order. They were very busy and it's completely understandable, mistakes happen. Server did apologize for the mistake andpromptly made sure my food was remade and brought out quickly. Even had a chef come back and apologize for the inconveniencewhen my food was brought back. Ordered a double cheeseburger and fry . I didn?t find anything special about this but it was good homemade French fries they do... have bottomless all you can eat fries they also have a bar to go with your burger $10.00 Lemonade strawberry ???? cake The cakewas delicious ???? Long wait to be sitted but our waitress Rebecca was wonderful. Food was good.

Ordered lunch to go. Inside dining was closed which was a bummer. But my burger was amazingly delicious I order the Burnin Love... Burger all the toppings on this was perfect.
