My experience with this place was absolutely awful. I called around 6:30pm to place an order and was asked to hold I stated that... was fine …. 20 mins later I had to hang up and call back and there was no hold. I asked to place and order for delivery andwas told that I would need to go to their website or grub hub to place one they only took call ins for pick ups. I thought thatwas odd but listened to what she told me and placed an order online. At this point it was about 7:15pm so I thought weshould’ve passed the dinner by now. I got a call around 7:45 stating that they did not have any boneless wings which was oneof our main reasons for picking this place. She stated that they could replace them with chicken tender I told her that was finein hopes of getting the food faster. The food did not come till after 9pm at night that was ridiculous on all levels when thedelivery person finally came I asked her what happened and she stated that they did forgot to make one of the pizzas so itcaused a delay in getting the food. So that is an hour and 45 mins later to get 3 pizzas and chicken tenders……. Could not bemore disappointed and to top it off my order wasn’t even correct because we ordered pepperoni pizza and got two cheese pizzasand paid extra for cheese fries and received no cheese at all. Great Place Great staff. And grrrrrrrrrrreat Food. Dined in on Friday 3 June 2022. Ordered a double dough pepperoni and sausage... pizza. A couple of beers ???? it was great. Bartender was awesome, great svc, great personality. Employees like her is one ofthe reasons people keep coming back. However the food is fantastic and that's a good thing. Read more

Rosati Pizza is the worst Italian food in Fort Mayers area is the Italian i want to be ,but can't produce,a big joke
This is a great place to go if you have pizza cravings. The food is delicious. The staff is very courteous, professional, and... friendly. The food does take a bit long but it is expected in a busy and popular environment/pizzeria like this. I would alsoadvise to take advantage of their VIP club. Read more
Just got my first Chicago style deep dish from Rosatis. Very impressive in my opinion. Loved it. So good!!
